Patrick M. Higgins, Vice President of Operations – Business Development

Patrick M. Higgins (Major General US Army, Retired) is Goldbelt’s Vice President of Operations for Business Development. Working at the corporate level in an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) environment, he effects coordination within the federal marketplace via direct contact and customer intimacy in the National Capitol Region on behalf of our LLCs, and cross levels information and opportunity knowledge between the LLCs and our Tech, Construction, and Capitol Area Groups.

As a retired Special Operations General, he brings to Goldbelt his 34 years of experience managing large complex efforts in both in the United States Army and in the civilian sector. Throughout his military career Pat established large organizations, and planned, directed, organized, controlled and coordinated their operational and technical efforts. His command positions required management of contracts and contract employees, management of multimillion-dollar budgets, and the handling of administration and logistics requirements for the performance of large, integrated military operations.

Pat holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Intelligence from the U.S. Army War College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from Hofstra University.
