New Menus at the top of Mount Roberts
Mount Roberts Tramway has recently added a new banquet, wedding catering, and special events menu thanks to Mark Collier, our new Food & Beverage Manager. We are excited about the new items on the menus, including the appetizer martinis being offered on the wedding catering menu and the banquet menu. On the new 2013 Timberline Bar & Grill menu, Mr Collier has added a vegetarian section and has identified gluten free entrees for our guest.
Mr Collier brings with him over 25 years of experience in the food & beverage industry working for major hotel operations as a Food & Beverage Director including Helmsley Hotels. He has also worked as a General Manager for corporate chain restaurants including Olive Garden, Steak & Ale, and Tony Roma’s. Before joining Mount Roberts Tramway’s team he had been recognized for outstanding performance by the commander of the USAF 611th squadron for his new menu and nutrition plans he developed for the residents at Eareckson Air Station located on Shemya, Alaska.
